The project

Futuris Pulse is a map of technological progress, not a news feed.

We collect scattered news about AI, silicon, energy, biotech and neural interfaces into one structure: a progress line with branches, like a research track in a strategy game. Every milestone and every branch carries a status, a state and a list of concrete achievements with dates.

Branch percentages are an editorial reading of direction, not a measured quantity. They answer the question "how close is this technology to working" and should be read as a compass, not an instrument. There is deliberately no single "progress to ASI" number on the site: collapsing unlike directions into one percentage cannot be done honestly.

We deliberately avoid a level scale such as L1–L6. Public ladders of that kind exist, but none is universally accepted, and our own would look like precise measurement without being it.

Events carry one of two confidence marks: "verified" means a primary source exists, "reported" means the claim comes from secondary sources and has not been checked against a primary one.

Track the line as it moves

Once a week: which branches advanced, what unlocked, and what turned out to be overstated.
